PARTNER HOTELS
This is a list of our partner hotels (except for Bed&Breakfast and Agriturism Farms) with appealing services for athletes: 1. A bus shuttle picks up athletes, guests of the hotel, and take them to the starting area. 2. Many of these hotels offer a return service to the hotel after the race. 3. On Sunday 9th of October, early breakfast for athletes. 4. Courtesy rest rooms will be available for athletes who, after marathon, wish to take a shower before leaving. BOOKING AND PAYMENT In agreement with these hotels, bookings are made through marathon offices. Once you choose your hotel, we will mail you details of the offer and of the payment with credit card or bank transfer. After payment you will receive hotel confirmation and directions to reach it. In case of cancellation within 30th September 2011, the hotel payments can be refunded except for 15% of the total amount. After that date, money won’t be refunded. CARPI (finishing area, Pasta Party, Bus Shuttle Departure, Expo…. ) In Carpi you find the marathon finishing area, Marathon Expo, Marathon Centre, information desk, race number and goody bag delivery, start and finish of the 1st Kids run km. 3 -6- 9, non competitive run.
